Shipping & Delivery: Due to the nature of many our products being heavy and bespoke we initially estimate delivery charges and provide a quote to the customer.
Privacy & Security: We take your online privacy seriously. We never sell on your details under any circumstances. Like most online commercial websites ironstack.com does track visits so we can analyse our businesses performance on the internet, however this is always an anonymous activity and no data is held that can be associated with you directly.
Returns & Replacements: We make all our products by hand and you are paying for the craftsmanship of the item and each one is unique. We work hard to ensure that we initially identify your requirements as exactly as possible with the initial consultation. We stress that we cannot accept items back simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving the goods, we can not necessarily easily resell the goods, again we are not a mass producer. If an item is subsequently returned the customer will be liable for the costs of the raw materials used and for carriage. Initial carriage costs will not be refunded.
Ordering: Due to the bespoke nature of our products we typically like to discuss the order with the customer prior to any purchase. We then provide a quote including carriage costs. Once the quote is accepted a "purchase product" with a final purchase figure is placed onto the website and a link provided to the customer for ordering. We take debit and credit cards using PayPal as our card processor. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from IronStack.com.
Viewing Orders: You will receive an order email detailing your purchase and we will keep you posted on the progress of your order via email.
Updating Account Information: For ease of use some customers prefer to create an account on our website. You can update you account information at any time.
